Interesting Receipe using Sabudana Flour

Sabudana Vadas:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Goswasthya Fresh sabudana flour
  • 1 medium sized boiled and mashed potato
  • 1 finely chopped green chili
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the sabudana flour, mashed potato, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  2. Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, gently drop the vadas into the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the vadas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Sabudana flour rotis:- 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Goswasthya Fresh sabudana flour
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sabudana flour and salt.
  2. Slowly add in the water and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.
  4. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and roll each one into a ball.
  5. Dust a flat surface with additional sabudana flour and use a rolling pin to flatten each ball of dough into a thin roti.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the roti on the pan.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
