Every time i order same atta for my family and always i received best one but this time the atta is not as good as always, roti is not turning out to be soft as expected and there is something granules present in the atta, disappointed this time but what can i do now.

Their Sharbati wheat flour is of good quality - the chapati/ rotis do turn out nice and soft when cooked, it feels of good quality , tho we dont get the fresh smell of grounded wheat but the powder feels fresh.

The flour is whole wheat flour, no mixing. Got tired of eating mixed aata like the Aashirwad's of the world that mix whole wheat with maida which makes the chapatis hard after a while. Not so with this aata
