The name combines two simple ideas:
Go – representing convenience and accessibility.
Swasthya – a Sanskrit word meaning good health and well-being.
Our mission is simple:

Why GoSwasthya Started
The idea for GoSwasthya was born in a home kitchen.
When founder Sulakshana Chitale became a mother, she started searching for fresh and trustworthy ingredients for her daughter. Like many parents, she found that most packaged staples available in the market were produced months before reaching consumers.
Traditional Indian households once consumed freshly milled flours, traditionally churned ghee and minimally processed ingredients.
GoSwasthya was created to bring these traditions back.

Most commercial flour is produced in large batches and stored for extended periods.
At GoSwasthya, flour is stone milled in small batches and prepared close to dispatch, helping retain natural flavour and freshness.
Traditionally Made Bilona Ghee
Our Bilona A2 Desi Cow Ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona process where curd is churned to extract butter before being slowly heated into ghee.
Wood Cold Pressed Oils
Our oils are extracted using traditional cold pressing methods without excessive heat, helping preserve the natural characteristics of the seeds.
