Shipping Timeline
We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving Order confirmation.

Bangalore City Main areas - 2-3 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your GoSwasthya purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:
Eligible for Refund
- Damaged or defective products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Any issues in order reach out to us in 2 Days of delivery, with picture of packets, order id
Not Eligible for Refund/ Replacement
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Orders with incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Post 2 days of delivery.
How to Raise a Refund Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goswasthya.com or via WhatsApp.
- Share your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
