Bhadang

Bhadang is a spicy / chatpata snack made with  Kurmura, Murmura or Puffed Rice. In addition, it has peanuts, and dried coconut or kopra, and is spiced with red chilli powder. Each bite reveals the flavours of the spices that appeal to your taste buds. Bhadang from Sangli and Kolhapur is a favourite in India.
It is one of the pleasures to eat handfuls of this spicy crunchy mix as it is or enjoy as a namkeen with tea.Else it can be spiked with chopped onions, coriander with a squeeze of lemon juice on it .
